We would like to lead managers and companies in a self-determined development of their potential.
Does your management team need new impulses? Or is it about looking at important things from a distance or even from a different perspective?
Nature is the ideal catalyst for change, our mountain home as a retreat in the middle of it.

Motivation
It motivates Rudolf Wötzel to encourage people to shape their own lives. He accompanies companies and teams on cultural change to open, powerful and inspired organizations. He sees himself as a bridge builder between the “Corporate World” and the “soft areas” of personality development, team building and cultural transformation. His own story of his private and professional life is the foundation for his actual professional work; as an attentive listener, persistent sparring partner, relentless questioner, sensitive observer and result-oriented motivator.
